Professors and staff have typical academia attitude. Everyone here thinks they are attending and teaching at Harvard. Or a D 1 school kids are egotistical It's a state school people! Professors are lazy, too comfortable don't want to help you or cultivate just want to flex there PHDs and flaunt them. Professors have control and ego issues Campus is nice and quite. Nice landscaping and it's clean with nice views.Fairly liberal compared to the rest of Lancaster county. Tuition was just raised and the teachers union protested and got a raise.Figure it out.
Beautiful campus, and right around the perfect size for most students! The pond was my favorite part with the wildlife, but the dorms (even freshman) are very new & nice! Loved it.
I had a good experience. The food wasn't bad, there are lots of jobs available for students - particularly in dining. My business professors, and some other departmental professors, are awesome, and I still keep in contact with many of them and seek their counsel. I feel I got a good education for a more fair price than other schools. However, I don't think it was necessary to replace all the old dorms. In fact, the process ruined many's experience during the years of construction, as fences and what looked like war-zones replaced the quad. And, I hear prices are only going up and attendance is not keeping up. Great school, but I think reforms need to be made and it would be wise for the administration to seek the counsel of the business department, which has years of experience and wisdom.
My grandson is a sophomore. This has been a wonderful experience for him. I also like the idea of apartment living with campus affiliation.
Beautiful campus- excellent teachers, top notch technology, cultural diversity- excellent education.
